Today is Time to Talk Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness of mental health led by the fantastic Time to Change, who I am proud to be a Champion for.
We can all play our part in helping to make it easier to talk about mental health, and to help people to understand what living with a mental health problem is like.
This is what I have been doing to play my part on this Time to Talk Day.

School Mental Health Awareness Sessions
I delivered awareness sessions to Year 5 and Year 6 pupils in a local primary school this afternoon. I loved it! They were very engaged, interested, they asked lots of questions, and they have thoughtful answers. And they thought I looked like Clark Kent.
We discussed the things that make me ‘me’, what their superpowers are, things that they worry about, and how they can help themselves and each other,
I hope to do a lot more of these sessions. If you would like to book me to deliver a session in your school please email me at math_williams@yahoo.co.uk.
